About Women's Sport Collective
The Women’s Sport Collective is an inclusive, collaborative community for all women working in, or wanting to work in, sport. The Women’s Sport Collective unites women at every stage of their career, driving change and inspiring inclusive leadership in sport. Our mission is simple: to create a more diverse, inclusive and equitable sports sector — one where women at every stage of their careers are supported, celebrated and empowered. A Powerful Community As a not-for-profit network, we provide a platform for 13,000 members, from 109 countries to connect, grow and drive meaningful change. Whether you’re just starting out, or leading at the highest level, the Women’s Sport Collective is here to support you. Our diverse membership spans a wide range of roles across different organisations, creating a vibrant, supportive space for all women in sport. We’re incredibly grateful for the support of Sport England, which enable us to provide free membership to all women working in sport.
